Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to wholesale catalogue browsing, inquiry submission, quotations and Proforma Invoice (PI) confirmation between GuaguaLand and business buyers.

Quotations and Currency

Website prices are shown for reference. Formal wholesale quotations and PI documents are confirmed in 美元. Display currency switching on the website is for browsing convenience only and does not change contract currency.

Orders and Payment

• An order is confirmed after both parties agree on product list, quantity, unit price, packing and shipping terms, and after the buyer accepts the PI.
• Unless otherwise stated on the PI, payment is by T/T with 100% payment before shipping (FOB terms).
• Please quote the PI number in the remittance remark.

Product Information

Product images, series names, barcodes and packing data are prepared from current catalogue materials. Final carton details and availability are confirmed by sales before shipment.

Delivery

For stock goods, delivery is typically arranged within 48 hours after payment confirmation. For pre-order goods, delivery depends on production schedule and will be stated on the PI or sales confirmation.

Limitation

GuaguaLand is not liable for delays caused by freight forwarders, customs clearance, force majeure or inaccurate destination information provided by the buyer.
